By accessing or creating an account on the Optical Diagnostics platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all access and usage.
Optical Diagnostics utilizes computer vision and machine learning models to assist healthcare providers. The AI outputs are clinical support tools and do not constitute a final medical diagnosis or substitute for professional judgment. Licensed clinical professionals remain solely responsible for validating predictions prior to patient care decisions.
All processing of Patient Health Information (PHI) and diagnostic data is restricted strictly to authorized tenant contexts under tenant-scoped access controls. Users must ensure patient consent is captured prior to uploading clinical imaging.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and controlling access to your organization workspace. Multi-tenant security protocols strictly enforce session separation.
